6.SAY NO TO SPICY FOODS
We know that spicy foods are food, which helps in boosting metabolism, but it is also something that doesn’t give relaxation to your body. It increases the temperature of the body and also increases the metabolism.
7.HIGH-PROTEIN OR HIGH-FAT DINNER
If you will have a high protein diet, it reduces the serotonin. Serotonin is the calming hormone that promotes sleep, but, when you take it before the sleep, it reduces the chances of good sleep.
