APPLE CIDER VINEGAR DETOX DRINK RECIPE FOR FAT BURNING, DIABETES, HEALTHY GUT

Apple cider vinegar detox drink recipe is one of the best ways to cleanse the body and kill bacteria.

An apple cider vinegar detox also helps with weight loss as it aids in digestion and cleaning of the intestines. All the while killing off bacteria as it moves through the body.

This will not only aid in weight loss, it will also balance your body’s pH level and improve one’s skin tone. I highly suggest that you give this revitalizing detox drink a try!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of organic apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp Of Raw honey
  • Ground cinnamon- 1 tsp
  • Water – 1 cup of hot water

Directions:

  • Add fresh lemon, apple cider vinegar, raw honey and powder cinnamon in one cup of hot water.
  • Then start stirring them; make sure you stir them very well because these ingredients, especially cinnamon tends to settle to the bottom of the cup.
  • Not everyone loves vinegar as much as I do, so feel free to tweak the recipe to your liking
  • Sometimes I make this drink with my favorite hot tea in place of the hot water (green tea, black tea, lemon ginger, cinnamon, etc.). It gives it a little extra flavor as well as added health benefits.
  • Take apple cider detox drink every morning before you eat to flush out toxins and get rid of excess fat.
  • The Mixture is a serving! Once I make the mixture that’s basically a total of 8 ounces of water (1 cup = 8 oz) with the other added ingredients. I drink the entire 8-ounce mixture in the morning and prepared another mixture later in the day.
  • One can buy the ingredients in bulk  and prepare a large amount of the drink, then refrigerate it but I love to drink it when freshly prepared because it tastes better
