The military diet, also called the 3-day diet, is a weight loss diet that can help you lose up to 10 pounds in a week. This eating routine has a plan that does not allow any changes, and all guidelines must be followed to the end if you want to reach the desired results.

2 hot dogs (without bun) 1 cup of broccoli 1/2 cup of carrots 1/2 banana 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
5 saltine crackers 1 slice of cheddar cheese 1 small apple Lunch:
1 hardboiled egg (or cooked however you like) 1 slice of toast (whole wheat is best) Dinner:
1 cup of tuna 1/2 banana 1 cup of vanilla ice cream Water is an important factor in this diet and you can drink it as much as you want.
Fast weight reduction is the main advantage of this diet. It is not rare to lose up to 10 pounds after only 3 days.
